Posting, Tabling and Advertising Policies

Fliers
Crown has three bulletin boards for community flier posting.
   o Gatehouse
   o Crown Library
   o Sandwich Board @ college entry
Bring three copies of your flier to the Crown College Programs Office for approval.  Once approved, we will post your fliers for you.  All unapproved fliers in these locations or on walls, posts, doors or windows at Crown College will be removed.
You may post fliers without approval on the public bulletin board located past the College Programs Office on the way toward Merrill College.
The College Programs Office is located behind BJs Cafe at Crown.
Fliers and banners are approved and posted every Tuesday and Thursday. Please be aware of this timing when submitting your advertising for approval.

Banners
All banners at Crown must be approved and posted by the Crown College Programs Office. Bring your banner (one only and preferably no larger than 3'h x 5'w) to the Office for approval. Once approved, we will post your banners for you. All unapproved banners will be removed.
The College Programs Office is located behind BJs Cafe at Crown.

Residence Areas (Residence Halls and the Crown/Merrill Apartment Community)
Only Crown Residential Staff may post in Residence Halls and on Apartment bulletin boards. Please bring 27 copies of your flier (each floor, each building) or 16 copies (one per building) to the Crown/Merrill Housing and Residential Education Office (downstairs from the restaurant at Merrill) for approval. Once approved, we will post the fliers for you. All unapproved postings will be removed.
Only banners for events specific to Crown/Merrill are permitted in the immediate vicinity of Crown's residential areas. 

Dining Hall
Advertising events inside the dining hall is not permitted.
Advertising in the dining hall table tents is coordinated by Dining Services. See Dining Services page for more information.
Tabling in the dining hall is coordinated by Dining Services. See Dining Services page for more information.
